Secure Content Management

The development of networks have led to an increasing electronic distribution of content. Especially in the audio domain this has lead to new distribution schemes (e.g. Napster). From this it has become clear that a successful development of electronic distribution of content can only be achieved if adequate security measures are taken. On the one hand this is thechnology for protection of content (e.g. DRM) and on the other hand this is technology for the protection of consumer interests (e.g. privacy). The talk will address these issues from a consumer electronics point of view.
