Context-Awareness, Trust and Security

Context-awareness is used to make decisions depending on a specific situation or state of an entity. If those decisions are security relevant (e.g. reconfiguring a firewall), there is the need to have the confidence that context information really represents the actual context. The talk presents a middleware architecture for (mobile) devices that performs context acquisition and trust evaluation on behalf of context-aware applications.
